When I shoot at places as beautiful as Palos Verdes I’m reminded why I never want to leave Los Angeles. My mom recently retired to Houston and it makes me sad that I don’t have her nearby. I often wonder if I would move back to Houston to be closer to my family, but my heart truly lies under Cali’s comfortable weather and the notion that the beach will always provide me with a sense of peace and calm (and it’s all worth it even if takes 45 mins of sitting in traffic to get to one). What can I say – as much as I love family… I’m truly a West Coast girl!
And boy has it been REAL hot lately. I was relieved that Cynthia and Rob’s wedding was in the South Bay area around Palos Verdes and Redondo Beach. Cynthia and Rob’s wedding couldn’t have been on a more perfect day! The view. The breeze. The fresh air. You just can’t beat a more perfect setting. You may remember Cynthia and Rob from their Griffith Park Observatory engagement shoot. If not, you’ll remember them here much more in love, along with their son, than the day I first met them…
