Another gorgeous Tuesday in sunny Southern California! It’s a little chilly out, but at least the sun is shining and the birds are chirping. Today’s bright weather reminded me of the day I shot this GORGEOUS old hollywood glam or art deco styled wedding in Malibu for the Propel Workshops, which was recently published in Style Me Pretty. Thanks to the talented Wilmarose of Lovely Jubilee for styling our couple (stay tuned, because she’s styling our very own wedding in 3 weeks!), the beautiful flowers from Krista Jon, and the flawless makeup by Theresa Huang. And, if you’re wondering who the models were, well it’s a real-life couple: the ever-gorgeous and heavenly Amanda of 100 Layer Cake and her dapper husband, Tim!
I LOVED everything about this shoot from the location to the flowers with berries, the sexy vintage gown, the feathered shoes, the glittered hair piece, and the dapper suit. What’s NOT to love? In addition to the smiling faces of happy couples, little details can also make any shoot look AMAZING. Of all the details, I loved Amanda’s vintage-inspired hair piece and feathered shoes the most. Siiiiigh….
Make it a great day, lovelies!
xo… and for the details
